The D-JAB Doughnut bag is the best way to practice your hooks & uppercuts to perfection. The bag is made out of the highest quality buffalo leather and is filled in the UK [Reason why it’s so heavy] with a “doughnut” type ring around the top end of the bag. It’s used mainly for uppercuts and hooks but also a way to slip or roll underneath the doughnut for real fight motion. The bag comes filled and is approx 120kg in weight [This may vary slightly] to stop movement and the bag from swinging around.

The bag is compact but very soft to minimise injuries and let your punches sink into the body of the bag. The bag has reinforced straps and double stitched so it is less likely to tear/rip open.
